Admissions Process

We invite interested families to begin the process with a private tour for parents. This is a chance to explore our campus, learn more about our Triad Curriculum, and discuss your child’s educational goals with our team.

Complete and submit the application form to help us get to know your child and family. There is a $100 non-refundable application fee.

In addition, we ask for:

• A release of school records (not required for Pre-K 4 applicants who haven’t attended school)

• Teacher recommendation forms

Once a student is accepted and enrolled, we will request immunization records and other registration materials.

After receiving your application and supporting documents, we’ll schedule a visit for your child. This includes:

• A one-on-one academic assessment with a teacher

• A one-on-one gymnastics assessment with a coach in our school gym

Please have your child wear comfortable shorts and a t-shirt for the gym portion.

If school is in session, your child may be invited to spend a half day or full day on campus with their future class. This visit helps us get to know your child in a natural classroom setting and gives them the opportunity to experience the TMS environment firsthand.

After your child’s visit and assessments, our Admissions Committee carefully reviews all materials. If we believe our program is a great match for your child’s elementary journey, we’ll extend an invitation to enroll and guide you through the next steps to become part of the TMS community.

Once your child is accepted, we’ll send an enrollment agreement to officially reserve their place in the class. A signed contract and non-refundable $3,000 deposit are required to hold your spot. From there, we’ll provide you with all the necessary information to ensure a smooth and confident start to the school year.
