2025-2026 Tuition and Fees
The Mandelstam School is a fully independent, tuition-funded institution. We do not accept state-sponsored scholarship programs, including Step Up for Students or FTC scholarships. This allows us to maintain full independence in designing and delivering a curriculum that reflects our unique educational philosophy.
We offer three tuition payment plans to meet your family's needs.
A non-refundable enrollment deposit is required to secure your child’s place and will be applied toward the total tuition.
Save-the-Seat Enrollment Deposits

Second & third child: $2,500 each
All deposits and tuition will be invoiced and paid electronically through FACTS Tuition Management. Please note if you select to pay through credit card, there will be a 2.95% processing fee per transaction. Upon enrollment, parents/guardians understand and agree that the student is enrolled for the entire school year and the parents/guardians are liable for the entire year's tuition fees.

2025-2026 Payment plan schedule
Annual Plan:
One payment due by July 1, 2025 (or upon enrollment if after July 1, 2025)
Bi-Annual Plan:
Two payments due July 1, 2025 (or upon enrollment if after July 1, 2025) and January 1, 2026
Monthly Plan:
Nine monthly payments starting July 1, 2025 and ending March 1, 2026
2025-2026 Additional information
Lunch:
Lunch will be provided by TMS and is included in the tuition.
Snacks:
Snacks are to be provided by the family.
Extended Care:
Extended care is available Monday-Friday for an extra fee until 5:30pm. Extended care will be billed through FACTS on a monthly basis.
2025-2026 LATE FEES
Tuition Late Fees:
Payments will be considered late if not paid by the 10th of the month. There will be a late payment fee of 1.5% per month on the total balance owed, calculated as of the 1st of the month of the late payment.
Re-Enrollment Late Fee:
There will be a $500 late fee for any re-enrollment deposits not received by February 28th, 2025.
